Summary: Room was described as non smoking. I kept on smelling smoke which I thought was coming from the room next to me, only to find cigarette burn holes in the blanket and carpet. Also was told I couldn’t check in early without paying a fee because the room was not ready. Magically I pay it and all of a sudden it’s all set.
